We will endeavor to confirm each booking as soon as possible after receipt of partial or full payment, however, should we fail to secure this booking for any reason, we will endeavor to obtain alternative booking arrangements. If these agreements are not considered satisfactory by the Participant (s), where necessary the friend of the solvent will refund 100% of the agreed price. *
 

Payments 

Full payment upon confirmed tour within 72 hours of confirmation.

Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

At the time of payment, all costs such as bank charges for all transactions necessary for payment from the company to the friend of the solvent, are borne by the company.

Company cancellation request

1. If you cancel no later than 24 hours after the booking date, a 100% refund will be made on the total tour price. *

2. If you wish to cancel after 24 hours of booking, 40% of the agreed total price is no longer refundable for any reason. Only 60% of the total price will be refunded. Special conditions excluded, which must be promptly and clearly communicated in writing.

3. If you cancel the tour within 24 hours from the date of the guided tour (one day before the tour), 100% of the total price is no longer refundable for any reason.

4. If you cancel on the same day as the tour or  tour started, 100% of the total price is no longer refundable for any reason.

5. One week before the tour date for any reason, for example force majeure, personal or health reasons, etc., the tour is 100% non-refundable.

Alternative to cancellation, special situations

1. To help companies and our kind customers, Amico del solevante suggests the possibility of a date change. If there is availability for both parties, it is possible to postpone the tour date.  

2. The full and courteous cooperation between the companies and the Friend of the Solevant is required in finding alternatives that are plausible for both.

3. Where a date change is necessary, in order to guarantee the best solutions, the company is required to communicate it in writing (email) in the clearest and most timely manner possible, explaining the reasons for this need.

 

However, when you cancel, in the case of special situations, a certificate / proof / paper document will be requested confirming the state of the inconvenience.

 

 

*In any case of reimbursement, the Participant / s will be charged for all non-refundable costs such as bank charges, bank costs incurred by the friend of the solver for all incoming and outgoing bank transactions starting from the request, agency costs, any refund fees.

By collaborating on any tour with Luca l'Amico del Solevante, the company automatically confirms acceptance of these conditions by accepting them in the contract between the Amico del Solevante and the collaborating company.
