All information and cancellations:

1. Must be made in writing and sent promptly by e-mail to: amicodelsolevante@protonmail.com

2. Only the date of receipt of the email will be valid
3. Only requests sent by e-mail will be considered

 

We will endeavor to confirm each booking as soon as possible after receipt of partial or full payment, however, should we fail to secure this booking for any reason, we will endeavor to obtain alternative booking arrangements. If these agreements are not considered satisfactory by the Guest(s), where necessary the Amico del solevante will refund 100% of the agreed price as soon as possible.*

 

Payments
1. 100% of the amount or 50% payment (deposit) will be made within 72 hours after the tour is confirmed by the guide of the Amico del solevante. Links and/or related data will be sent for payment.

2. In case of 50% payment (deposit), the remaining 50% of the total tour price must be completed up to 30 days from the agreed tour date.

All payments will be made via PayPal. Safer and cheaper way to pay around the world. Don't have PayPal? No problem. Even those without an account can now conveniently make payments. Alternatively bank transfer into Amico del sole Japanese bank account. All those transition fees, bank costs etcetera, must be covered by the Guest(s) and must be added outside the  total amount of any reserved service.

Conditions
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours from the booking date (the date in the confirmation email will prevail), the deposit will be refunded. In case of full payment, 100% refund will be made on the total price for the tour.
For any reason at Guest(s) sole discretion, past the 24 hours of your booking booking, the deposit is no longer refundable for any reason. In case of full payment within 24 hours (the date in the confirmation email will prevail), only 50% of the total price will be refunded.
If you cancel the tour within 24 hours from the date of the guided tour (one day before the tour), 100% of the total price is no longer refundable for any reason.
At tour started, any cancellation will be accepted but no refund will be issued for any reason.

However, in case of a particular situation. The Guest(s) full cooperation is expected in a timely fashion, by providing a clear written notification together with a legal proof/certificate/official paper/legal digital document/ that confirms the state of the inconvenience. The whole situation will be evaluated by Amico del solevante. Where there will be a possibility of a refund or not, the matter will be discussed by both parties.




Alternative to cancellation

To meet the needs of our kind Guest(s), Amico del solevante may suggest the possibility of a rescheduling.

If there is availability for both parties, it may be also possible to postpone the tour dates. The Amico del solevante will do his best, but also the Guest(s), is required to collaborate with the guide in finding alternatives that are plausible for both.
Where a date change is necessary, to guarantee the best solutions, the Guest(s) is required to communicate it, in writing (email) in the clearest and most timely manner possible, explaining the reasons.

 

* In any case of reimbursement, the Guest(s) will be charged for all the costs such as bank charges, bank costs incurred by the Amico del solevante for all incoming and outgoing bank transactions starting from the request, agency costs, any refund fees.
